Pre-Programmed Training Program Ordering (programs ordered on-line secured and verified
through PayPal but you do not need a PayPal account, most major credit cards accepted). Note: You
must submit an athlete registration form and a medical release form. Once payment is
made and these forms are submitted you will receive your training program. Click on

Olympic Pre-planned program: 12 week program - $85
Half-iron Distance Pre-planned program: 16 week program - $100
Iron Distance Pre-planned program: 20 week program - $110
